坚固的三片式结构允许端盖直接焊接到管道上，而无需拆卸阀体，既确保了高效的安装，又保护了内部密封组件。
凭借其耐用的设计、多种连接选项和 ISO 5211 直接安装法兰，Fig.131 是需要强度、卫生级服务、灵活性、调节能力以及易于自动化等应用场景的理想解决方案。
可根据要求提供定制化 V 型球口设计，用于调节工况。
1. 阀杆上的凹槽指示球体方向；
2. 阀杆为方形设计，便于自动化安装，具有四个驱动受力点；
3. 顶部法兰符合ISO 5211标准，配合方形阀杆，无需使用支架或联轴器即可直接安装执行器；
4. 锁紧螺母帽，确保填料长期有效密封；
5. 全包覆式阀体密封，提供可靠的密封性能，且可直接在线焊接，无需拆卸；
6. 球体-阀杆-阀体之间配有防静电装置；
7. 精密加工和镜面抛光的球体表面，确保气泡级密封，同事操作扭矩低；
8. 球体阀杆槽内设有泄压孔，用于平衡阀腔内的压力；
9. CF8M 材质球阀，焊接端标配CF3M材质，可减少焊接引起的晶间腐蚀

8. Precisely machined and mirror polished ball surface for bubble tight shutoff with low operating torque.
9. Relief hole in stem slot of ball to balance the pressure in the body cavity.
10. CF8M ball valves with welding ends CF3M material as standard, which reduces inter-granular corrosion by welding.
