Fig.550 is a specially developed electrical actuators based on many years of experience in valve control applications. With compact deisgn, high structural strength as well as large output torque (20Nm~5000Nm), Fig.550 electric actuators offer users very reliable working performance.

Structure and Torque:Compact design, high-strength structure, light weight with large output torque (20NM~5000NM).
Torque and Limit Protection:Electronic torque protection device provides overload protection. Limit switch can adjust the maximum rotation angle required by valve.
Motor Performance:Whole sealing squirrel-cage type motor with compact design, large torque and low inertia. F class insulation. Overheat protection prevents motor from damage by overheating.
Standard Configuration (Heater):All sizes are equipped with space heater as standard: to prevent condensating inside the motor under big temperature difference so as to keep the internal electric components function properly.
Housing Material and Protection:Hard anodized aluminum alloy body with polyester powder coating to achieve superior anti-corrosion with a protection grade IP67. Meet the design of Exd IIBT4. Can be used in various working environments.
Housing Sealing Design:Body sealing with anti-off design by using stainless steel material, applicable to various working conditions.
Mounting Adaptability:Mounting pad conforms to ISO5211 standard. Spline shape drive shaft design makes it easy for installation for different kinds of valves.
Limit Switch:With both mechanical and electronic limit switch, easy and accurate to operate to the right position.
Observation Window Design:Multi-angle window design: easy for remote observation of the valve position, especially when the valve is mounted at high altitude.
Gear and Handwheel:High precised casting worm gear and handwheel: provide self-locking function and anti-reverse rotation; make it easy for manual operation.
Terminal BlocksSpring-pressed terminals makes it easy for wiring, can be used in high-vibration environment.
